Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Proptiva Africa account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by requesting it here.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Proptiva Africa and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab, then tap Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the button.
- Your account is disabled immediately and your personal data is erased or anonymised.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process your deletion within 30 days:
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted or anonymised
- Login & email (access permanently disabled)
- Name, phone, country
- Your in-app messages
- Service-request details
- Device records
Retained (de-identified)
- Invoices & payment records
- Audit logs
Kept only as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires, then removed. No longer linked to your identity.
